The Bath Coffee Festival, the first ever coffee festival in the UK, is scheduled for the 15th and 16th of May. It is being held at the Recreation Ground, which is easily accessible from the centre of Bath.

The outdoor festival will celebrate everything related to coffee and will offer a unique opportunity for visitors to explore the world’s most popular drink.

The Bath Coffee Festival will deliver a strong coffee-experience; exhibitors at the festival will offer barista demonstrations and expert sessions on all things coffee related, including foods and drinks, equipment and insider information with many coffee exhibitions and activities.

Taylors of Harrogate will join fellow major sponsors Gold Top Milk and Malmesbury Syrups, alongside a host of companies linked to the coffee industry in a giant marquee on the Recreation Ground. It is a fitting venue given that the festival organisers have pledged that the Bath Rugby Community Foundation is one of two community charities that will benefit directly from the profits of the festival. Other exciting activities are being planned around the city centre with the support of local businesses. The festival, the first to be dedicated to coffee in the UK, also includes a schools programme and an apprenticeship scheme that aims to get local jobseekers back into work as qualified baristas.

Saturday 15th May – 10am to 5pm
Sunday 16th May – 11am to 4pm
